To make your status bar transparent is very simple and easy
you just need few things
1. Your device must be rooted (if not click here to know how 2 root your android device)
2. Xposed Installer (click here to download)
3. GravityBox (click here to get )

First of all install xposed installer then open it

now tap on the  framework and tap on install/update

after this install Gravitybox , after installing gravitybox
again go to xposed installer 
go to module section of xposed installer and tick on gravity box


Now reboot your device
Now you are ready to make your status bar transparent

Go to Gravitybox
click on transparency management

Now adjust your transparency of status bar from transparency management

you made it
now you have made your status bar transparent
