The IMEI or MEID number for your mobile phone acts as a unique identifier for that device.If you are looking for a few methods that you can use to find the IMEI number for your Android smartphone then, this guide will show you some simple and common ways of locating the IMEI number for pretty much any smartphone running on the Android Operating System.

there are many reasons because of which we face this IMEI  problem  ,So now i am here with a post on how to fix IMEI number of any MTK device .

before I start , Use the method mention below only to Change/Repair Your IMEI ,writing Wrong IMEI is illigal .So lets start..

Method 1

Requirements- 1. Rooted android Device
                         2. Mobile Uncle Tool App 

Steps to repair IMEI
Step 1. Install Uncle mobile tool
Step 2. Open and give this app root access
Step 4. Go to engineer mode
step 5. Go to mtk engineer
Step 6. Or to directly go to engineer mode try this ( note it wont work for all device so use uncle moble application )
Open the Dialer and type *#*#3646633#*#* you will enter the MTK Engineering Mode
Or using Mobile Uncle APP Hit the Engineer Mode option and choose the Engineer Mode (MTK).
On EngineerMode Chosee Connectivity and click the CDS information option.
You will see Radio information there and after tapping on it. If you have dual SIM ANDROID then you will see two option select any one on which you want to write IMEI with.
Click Phone 1
At “AT+” line add : AT+EGMR = 1,7,”my_first_IMEI_code”
Click on “SEND AT” button below
For second SIM tap Phone 2 and type this command
AT+EGMR=1,10,”my_second_IMEI_code”
Click on “SEND AT COMMAND” button below a second time
Reboot phone
Check Your IMEI by dialing*#06# 


Method 2 

Reqirements 1. Rooted Android Device
                     2. Chamelephone App (From Play Store)


Steps To repair IMEI
Step 1-Install Chamelephone app 
Step 2-Open and give root access to this app
step 3 -Write Your IMEI Coad (It work for both single and dual sim Android Devices) 
step 4 -Tap on "Apply new IMEIs" on Screen
Step 5-Reboot Your Device.
Check Your IMEI by dialing*#06# 


Method 3

Requirements 1. Rooted Android Device
                       2. Xposed Installer
                       3. IMEI Changer Xposed mod

Steps

Step 1 Install Xposed Installer And IMEI Changer Xposed Mod
Step 2 Open Xposed Installer ,Go to Framework and tap on "Install/Update"
Step 3 Reoot or Soft reboot Your Phone
Step 4 After Restart...Again open Xposed Installer then go to modules and tik the IMEI Changer Module
Step 5 Again Reoot or Soft reboot Your Phone
Step 6 Now after Reboot ,Open IMEI changer
Step 7 write Your IMEi on Given New IMEI box And then apply
Step 8 Reboot your device .
Check Your IMEI by dialing*#06#

Method 1 -By Using Dialer

You can find your IMEI number almost on any  smartphone by Dialind Universal Coad,Dial *#06# . You wont need to press dial Button,as the IMEI number will Appear as soon as you finishes the dialing coad.


Method 2 -Through the Settings

In Android Smartphones

  1. Open The Android seting menu
  2. go to About Phone
  3. then tap on Status, you will see your IMEI number.
In Apple Smartphones

Open the setting App on your iphone
Tap general,tap on About in General Menu
Tap on IMEI , Your IMEi number will be Display.

Method 3- Checking the Packaging
You can find Your IMEI number of Your Device on its Packaging ,Just Look for the box.
you will find the barcoad lable stuck to your box , it might have been placed over the opening to act as a seal.You will see your IMEi number there near to bar coad.


Method 4 -Usually The IMEI is Printed on your phone in battery campartment , Just remove Your battery and you will see that. and If your cell phone doesn’t have a removable battery, and you do not have access to the battery compartment, then the IMEI number may be located in another place such as the SIM card tray.
